Day 7 - Toowoomba Showgrounds

A sleep in this morning as we only had to travel about 75km to Toowoomba. Nice to have a slow morning and then a visit to the General Store at Leyburn for a coffee around 11am.

Then did a run around the sprint circuit (1km) and some photos around town.

Then onto Toowoomba and we are staying 3 nights at the Royal Showgrounds. Not too many campers and all have to be out by Friday as this weekend they have the Monster Trucks show on Saturday.

We have a nice view looking out over a lake.

This afternoon went to the Tourist Info centre for some maps etc & Faye did find a necklace to buy!

Then filled a gas cylinder. 

The weather has been OK - a few light showers but mostly fine although overcast. 

2 days here to have a look around…
