Day 8 - Toowoomba

A wet night last night and very cold today but little rain.

Some views around the showground…

First stop today was the Cobb & Co Museum and a devonshire tea before we started!

Was very interesting and very busy due to the school holidays. Lots of activities for kids.

Then a short walk to the Botanic Gardens…

Toowoomba is called the “Garden City” and has a Carnival of Flowers each September. A sign said that have already planted 43,000 seedlings for 2024 festival.

Then a lunch at Grill’d before coming back to the van for some washing & relaxing…

Faye is standing with a Queensland bottle tree (we have one in our garden - planted 5 years ago - a photo from last week)

Still here tomorrow - weather forecast is better!
