But - it is wet. Rained last night but today showers and very overcast with sleet from time to time. The locals say may be snow tomorrow!
Spent the morning in a nice warm caravan. After lunch it stopped raining so went for a drive to parts of the town that we didn’t see yesterday…
Some of the kangaroos were in the camp ground just behind us.
Lastly we had a look at the old hospital which is a museum but closed due to safety concerns. However, got some photos…
Now back in the van getting warm. BOM says temp 6 with feels like -5. The cafe is closed Tuesdays so no real coffee.
Still here tomorrow and the main activity will be to visit History Hill museum. Normally not open during the week other than school holidays but rang the owner and he is opening tomorrow.
We were going to do some of the Bridle Track but the weather is against us - there is a sign at the start saying “very slippery when wet”!
