So - a big sleep in. One thing we wanted to do was a ride on the Cable Tram which has 7.4km track, mainly around the waterfront. Went for the 11.15am ride but all had been cancelled due to the strong winds. So went up town for coffee etc and then they did start the tram from 12.30pm so had the ride after all. We were the only passengers! So sat up front -in the cold - they gave us rugs to keep warm.
It isn't actually a cable tram although it was one from the early days in Melbourne. Now has a diesel motor.
Then uptown for a pub bistro lunch - both huge meals..
The went for a drive to Cape Nelson and along the way had a 45min walk through The Enchanted Forest...
It was looking like rain when we started but it held off until we got back into Percy. Then at Cape Nelson it was raining so no photos.
Tomorrow we are starting along the Great Ocean Road and will probably go to Port Campbell. Depends on weather.
