A nice quiet night last night and today we have come just over 300km to Wilcannia and staying at Warrawong on the Darling which is about 3km from town alongside the Darling River. It is a working station that have set up a caravan park and cabins.
The only town today was Cobar where we went to a lookout to look over a mine, bought fuel and had morning tea. Lunch was hot chips at Emmdale roadhouse...
Lots of goats along the road and everything is so green and some flowers in places. Even some special trees that grow all sorts of things...
It has been very windy today, especially after lunch so glad to get off the road and here is where we are...
Tomorrow to Broken Hill for 2 nights.

Faye you look different in your beanie!.
ReplyDeleteNot all that warm in Newcastle and the wind was very strong yesterday (Wednesday)
