Had a sleep in this morning - whilst getting ready the lady from the caravan park came and apologised that she overlooked giving us our afternoon tea on arrival so brought it this morning as a take away - scones, jam and cream!
Spent a little while in Gilgandra and then had morning tea along the road and lunch in Nyngan alongside the Bogan River which is overflowing. All this central area of NSW have had extensive rainfall over the past few weeks and the countryside is so green for winter time.

Tonight we are in a roadside rest area about 50km from Cobar. It rained a little today but fined up during the afternoon. There are 5 caravans staying here tonight - it is alongside the railway but it's only mine trains from Cobar that come through and they say only 1 during the night.
It was a beautiful sunset as the photos show...
Tomorrow we are going to Wilcannia.
