Muscat Oman day 7

The last day in Oman!

A nice slow day to get ready for the long trip home. After breakfast we did the Lazy River again and this time got some photos. The river goes about 600m.

Then some relaxing in the shade whilst suppled with iced water and fruit...

But before leaving we had to go into the sea instead of pools. So into the Gulf of Oman we went! And the water was very warm...then back to the chairs whilst almost falling asleep.

After lunch we rested and then caught a bus at 5pm to go to Mutrah for some souk shopping. We were there for 1 1/2 hours and Faye was pleased with her purchases. Had to buy something from Oman..

It's the night life area of Muscat...whilst shopping we were buying some t shirts etc & they said to get a photo memory, so -

No, Ken hasn't turned Muslim..

We keave for the airport at 5.45am to start the trek home. Should be back in Sydney around 10.30 am on Tuesday.

It has been a real adventure ---- even Faye said she thoroughly enjoyed it.
