Left around 8.30 from Tingha & we were at Bingara by 10am for morning tea.
Found an old fashioned cafe…
The road to Bingara was a little rough and when we opened the van door at Bingara found a smashed microwave on the floor. It was attached to a base which was still in place but the 4 screws that held the oven had come loose from it. The van is now nearly 11 years old and has travelled nearly 100,000 kms but we didn’t realise it was coming loose.
Then towards Narrabri we had a look at Sawn Rocks in Mount Kaputar National Park. About a 1.5km easy walk & there was a reasonable breeze.
Arrived at Narrabri at 1.30 & are staying here for 2 nights as the weather tomorrow is forecast to be hotter than today. It is currently 41 degrees at present!
