Left Merriwagga about 10am & some photos as we left…
Only about 40kms to Hillston where the first shop we saw was the BAKERY - so that was morning tea.
As we looked around it was obvious that emus were the theme of the town…
Faye found a craft/arts shop called Red Dust and Paddy Melons so had to buy a cut out magpie!
A quick look around town which appeared really looked after.
Then onto Lake Cargelligo…
This is a town we have never visited and it is right on the edge of the lake. Bought some groceries & our lunch at IGA.
We are camped just around from the main street and called Frog Hollow.
Enjoyed just sitting outside this afternoon & got these photos…
Tomorrow to Grenfell - we are running a couple of days ahead of our original plans so should be home on Thursday.
