The van park had given me 3 names to contact re getting an auto elec but that proved impossible as it turns out there are only 2 in town and the mines get priority! However at my second contact a lady was very helpful in giving me a card for a mobile mechanic who will also do basic auto electrical work. He was very helpful and came to the park within 90 minutes to check it out. Found a broken wire in van plug and broken clips in one rear light (fixed by cable ties) and blown bulb. He fixed everything and changed the van plug to one I had. Took over an hour.
So by then it was lunch time so off to the famous Bells milk bar for a waffle lunch and coffees/shakes.
Then to Silver City Mint….
