Day 1 of 12 day short excursion - Mudgee

Hullo again - this time it is a short holiday for 12 days. The destinations will be 3 towns at 4 days each. Mudgee, Hill End and Oberon. Faye agreed to this trip provided the stops were at powered sites due to this time of year! 

Left home at 9am - morning tea at Jerrys Plains and lunch at Bylong - then arriving at Mudgee around 3.30pm.

We intended to stay at the showgrounds but there no suitable places there so ended up at the Big4 caravan park. It is lovely here and they had a special of pay 3 stay 4 so it didn’t end up much more than the showground.

We recently purchased a new camera so both of us are getting used to it as it has more settings etc. Have given up on Canon cameras and have now gone to Sony.

The next 3 days will be spent just looking around this area.
