Had morning tea at Nanango near the bull above…
The first photos were near where we spent the week and the first one was where that road was blocked until yesterday. One of the problems in getting info is that the web pages of Transport Qld and the RACQ take a while to get updated quickly when roads reopen. Still 566 road closures - was nearly 1000.
We are staying tonight next to the hall. For a late lunch we bought it at the General Store and a relaxing afternoon - just at present there are storms around.
Nice bottle trees around here. The main purpose of this holiday was Gympie and the Sunshine Coast hinterland but of course all that changed due to rain and floods. Now we are going to move west via Miles and then down to St George and the plan is to go back to NSW via Dirranbandi to Lightening Ridge.
Tomorrow we should be somewhere between Miles & St George.
