Day 7 - Kulpi

A slow start to the day - so had to have morning tea at Millmerran - found the bakery! Next door was a Rural merchandise shop that also had “country clothes” so Faye did some shopping whilst Ken waited for his coffee…

Not sure what the above crop is but it was growing everywhere.

First stop was at Pittsworth - a very slow section as there was heaps of roadworks - where they are doing lots of murals to freshen the town up…

Then onto Oakey where we had lunch and a quick visit to IGA.

Tonight we are camped alongside a little country hotel at Kulpi. They have a dining room so tonight it is eating out. The cook has gone on strike!!

It is lovely country driving through the Darling Downs.

Tomorrow we are booked into a Bush caravan park at Barambah and will stay 2 nights.
