Day 19 - Port Fairy

A slow start to the day. After a late breakfast watched the Church service from home.

Then went to Tower Hill reserve which was Victoria’s first National Park in 1892. It is a volcanic crater and now has lakes and lots of wildlife although we didn’t see much except birds. Started our visit with morning tea at the Info Centre and then did 2 walks.

Then went to nearby Koirit which is an Irish settled town and had lunch at the hotel which was built in 1853.

Leaving here tomorrow and will most likely be somewhere around Lake Colac tomorrow night.

We are then booked into Geelong for 3 nights to visit Colin & Pam Giles and after that 3 nights at Lilydale to visit Ron and June Weeks.
