Day 9 - Sea Lake

We were the only campers at Newbridge last night. Not many caravans around but a few in Sea Lake tonight.

Our first stop today was St Arnaud where the painted silos are titled “Hope”. The man hoping for gold and the mother hoping for provisions for family. Based on a pioneer family in this old gold mining area.

Had morning tea there and then uptown for resupply of food and petrol.

Next stop was Wycheproof for lunch and a visit to the bakery. Some of the photos below were taken there.

Next silo stop was Nullawil. We had seen this one a couple of years ago...

Some close ups...

Then onto Sea Lake where we are staying tonight. They have a group of painted silos based on a very large salt lake near town.

We have power tonight so Faye is doing the washing. Love that we have a washing machine in the van.

Not sure where we will end up tomorrow night...
