New Zealand Holiday 19th September to 23rd October

It’s almost time for another departure. This time we are leaving the caravan behind and flying to New Zealand.

Tomorrow we go to Sydney by train and then fly to Auckland on Wednesday morning. We are hiring a motorhome for 5 weeks and will travel the North Island. It was 2001when we first travelled to NZ. That trip we spent more time on the South Island so this time we want to cover a lot of the North Island. We have prepared an approx itinerary as shown on this map...

We will do the blog each day as our travel diary. Not sure how we will go with internet access but if we don’t send it each day it will be sent when we can. Also we will continue to put the blog photos onto Facebook and Instagram as well.
