We had a lovely quiet night at Georgina River last night until the birds started at daybreak....
This was last night at sunset....Faye refused to climb the tree!
And sunrise this morning...
Moved into the Northern Territory this morning and the countryside changed...
We had morning tea at Avon Downs and this little fellow wanted to join in...
Tonight we are at Barkly Homestead - arrived at lunch time so had a meal in the restaurant so Faye could ease up on the cooking tonight..
Our plan is to stay at the Devil's Marbles tomorrow night & then for the next 2 nights to go tent camping in Davenport Ranges National Park - leaving the van at Wauchope Hotel. This may be changed depending on what we can find out at Tennant Creek tomorrow. Also no idea of where we will have mobile reception so it is possible you may not hear from us for 4/5 days. The Telstra maps do not show coverage until the day after we leave Wauchope so perhaps no blog for up to 5 days. We will still do them & send them when we get coverage. So don't worry if we disappear for a little time.
