Queensland Day 57 Bedourie

A lovely quiet night last night out in the bush. This was sunset last night...

Today it has turned hotter - was 39o whilst travelling at midday. Fairly strong hot wind but it gave us a tailwind - not much gravel today.

Spent a little time in Boulia (been there twice before) - an early morning tea...

This is typical of the drive today...

Came across a newly opened lookout which was 3km in with a sign not suitable for caravans due to a steep climb. But, could see the climb so we went in - low range & it was easy. This was the view in either direction..

Had a late morning tea there - lost Faye for a while - was in the toilet - said it was air conditioned (?) - out of the wind & had a view from a window...

Arrived in Bedourie around 2.30pm so decided to stay here - only $15 & our own shower & toilet.
