Queensland Day 21 Hann River Roadhouse

Left Quinola Lakes about 8.30 & have travelled about 370km to Hann River Roahouse on our way up Cape York. We had morning tea at Palmer River Roadhouse and lunch at Laura. The road to Laura is now all sealed so we only had about 75km gravel - this is what we now have for a long long time...


It was 29o as we travelled so felt quite hot. Faye got this photo along the way...


We arrived here about 3.30 & quickly set up camp for refreshments...


Lots of animal & bird life around here...











As well as an emu which is hanging around to pinch stuff off our table. Ken had to try the outdoor shower!!!

Tomorrow we will go to around Archer River.
