That led to a 1 1/2 hour stay whilst talking to 2 lots of locals. They were so friendly and a group of ladies asked us to join them. They had been to an Ash Wednesday service and said they were Christians. Thanked us for staying in their town. One man wanted us to stay another day so he could show us the granite cutting factory - the granite in the new Parliament House came from Eugowra. Even the town Facebook page had picked up that we were there and thanked us!
Saw one more mural and then onto Forbes for lunch. We are camped alongside Lake Forbes...
This afternoon did a walk to the town area.
It is very windy and dusty this afternoon.
Staying here 2 nights before heading to Condobolin.
It is our 55th wedding anniversary tomorrow!
