Day 16 - Wellington

A great night last night right alongside the waves. Left Ngawi around 9.30am with morning tea at Featherstone. More mountains to cross as we made our way to Wellington.

The old tractors/bulldozers are used to launch the big fishing boats.

Booked into a park in the suburbs, had lunch, did the washing and then went for a drive into Wellington City and up to Mt Victoria lookout.

The park said that motorhomes over 6.5metres are banned from parking in the city. Ours is 7.2m. They suggest getting a bus into the city and we will do that tomorrow to have a day in the city.
