Then the essential things like - find dump point - buy gas for refill etc. Faye got busy with camera whilst Ken worked!
Then onto Batlow - apple country. Most of the orchards had net covering.
Tumut was our destination for today. We have a caravan park site right on the Tumut River...
We were at Tumut for lunch. After a rest had a look around town and walked the shops.
Then went to Adelong to have a look at the Historic Gold Mill site. It was built on the Adelong cascades in the 1850's.
The cook went on strike tonight so we had to do the takeaway bit. Good stuff though.
Still at Tumut tomorrow. We have been trying to contact an old friend here in Tumut but only getting answering machine. Knocked on his door today but no answer.
