Day 14 : Mansfield

A good sleep last night and a sleep in this morning as we were both tired after the 9 hours yesterday.

So before we headed out today the first stop was to The Produce Store for breakfast. Ken's is shown below!


Then we headed towards Mount Buller and went to the sub alpine area of Howqua Historic Area. Had a snack at Sheepyard Flat where a gold refinery was in the 1800's. It was a gold mining area. There were some relics around which we didn't find due to not having a proper map.

But Faye was able to gather quite a few rocks from the river to add to here rock collection at home...

After eating had a look around the area...


Back to the van around 3.30pm for a rest and to get ready to leave tomorrow. Target is Beechworth.
