A long sleep at Hann River until 5am when we heard the nice patter of rain on the tent!
Then it continued to rain lightly for the next few hours so we had to pack up the tent in the rain (a first for us with this tent). Just put old clothes on and got soaked and when we finished changed into dry clothes. The top photo is after we had finished and went to a dry place and Faye had to have a cup of tea - i think the smile is a forced one for the photo!
.On the way home we met up with some old acquaintances from Gloucester days, Geoff & Faye Harris and it was good to catch up on old times and what has happened to all our families. They are staying in Mareeba and met up with Kevin & Pat at Church last week.
The top 2 photos were taken at Hann River and Faye got the other 2 photos along the way.
Hoping the weather is fine tomorrow so we can dry out the tent etc.
