Day 24 - Trip to Jervis Bay

A big day today as we went to Jervis Bay - again we went interstate (or at least a territory).   

Found a great place for morning tea along the way - part of a garden centre.

First stop just before the border (& had to pay $10 to enter Jervis Bay as it is all a National Park) ..

A lot of white sand around Jervis Bay…

Of cause you all know that much of this area is HMAS Creswell which is the Navy’s training college - the 1st photo above is the closest we could get.

Then back to the village shop for lunch…

Then across to the ocean side of the Bay.

Then a quick trip to the Botanic Gardens - chose the smallest walk!

On the way out had a quick look at St Georges Basin…

Arrived back at the van at 5pm. Still here tomorrow.
