Day 9 - Tingha

A lovely & quiet 3 days at Faye’s sister Marie’s place at Uralla. Some of her family also there & Faye’s niece Jenny had her 67th birthday on Friday.

It was a relaxing time & the only time we went out was to take Jenny for morning tea on her birthday. Had a little rain but nowhere like the coastal areas.

Left there this morning around 10 & came through to Guyra for lunch - after a detour through Armidale - for Faye’s memories!

Guyra had it’s annual Potato & Lamb festival…had a quick look around but nothing exciting.

Then to Tingha where we are staying 3 nights. All the apps say that “good TV reception” - but nothing. Also Telstra reception - but only 1 bar & no internet.

 So you may not see this until tomorrow when we go to Inverell for a look..

Will drive into town (we are about 1km from town) to see if we can get reception tonight.
