We have previously seen nearly all the waterfalls up here but were told about Halls Falls near Herberton so went looking…
No signs anywhere & found the walk in which we went part of the way but then gave up (that’s an acknowledge that we are getting older!). We could see part of the falls through the trees but it was becoming steep. A bit of hard 4WDing in parts to get in & also went on the wrong track first try. Izzy was very good!
Then back to Tolga in the mist…
