Before we left Killarney had morning tea and a little shopping. Then left around 11am towards Tenterfield and then onto our camp tonight which is on a property north of Deepwater.
A few things to get around - like cattle and a vehicle as you will see in following photos.
The Mt Lindesay road was having lots of roadworks done and the Cobb & Co photos were taken at Liston. This route was the Cobb & Co one from Warwick to Tenterfield.
Went into Bald Rock National Park for lunch. We have climbed it previously so had no desire to do it again except for photo opportunity…
Not sure what the bikes were all about - heaps more than those in the photo.
The semi that jackknifed was a water carrier for the roadworks. Driver said that his motor blew up and he lost control.
Arrived at Kookaburra Camp around 3.30pm and the animals were very friendly!
Tomorrow we are going to Uralla to spend a few days with Faye’s sister.
