First up we went to Seal Bay for a tour with the Australian Sea Lions…
These were on ground as they spend time in the scrub. Then we went onto the beach…
There were lots of pups around as it had been a really good breeding season.
Loved seeing the Sea Lions.
Then down the road a little to Raptor Domain. This is a bird Conservation Centre that rescues orphaned, injured or sick birds. They release back to the wild where possible but not all can go back so they are used as ambassadors to educate and entertain people.
We watched the “Free Flights Birds” show and here are some photos…
Then came back to the van for lunch and as the rain was holding off went for a 1.5km walk to get closer to Murray Lagoon…
We are staying here for another night and tomorrow we go to Little Sahara to do a 2 hour “Surf and Sand Buggy Adventure” which Faye is not sure about!
Last night only 1 other caravan here and no else for tonight.
