Day 17 - Port Fairy (Warrnambool)

Very windy all last night - the van was moving a little as we are exposed directly to the ocean.

Caught up on clothes washing this morning and then went to Warrnambool for the day. First stop was their painted water tower...

The 3 people immigrated to Warrnambool from bad situations and the tower is to honor them.

Then quick visit to Woolworths and Maccas. After that went to the Pier for a walk and passed some other murals.

And then to Thunder Point...

The last stop was at Hopkins Falls just outside town.

It is 90m wide but not a lot of water at present. Would be good to see with full water coverage.

Will spend tomorrow around Port Fairy.
