We are here for a week but the first day is very wet. Was able to connect the caravan this morning without getting too wet but it did rain most of the way and the run into town from the M1 it was torrential but had eased by the time we got to the park. Just got onto the site when it came down again. But later it stopped raining.
On the way had morning tea at Maccas Hexham. There were heaps of caravans on the highway so people are moving now! The park has heaps of campers.
Ken went for a quick walk to take some photos...
