Day 26 - Knox Private Hospital

Health Update - had a heart ultrasound this morning & showed nothing unexpected - just the damage done by the attack. Then Faye & I had to spend sometime with a lady from the rehabilitation unit as she explained everything about the heart and what needs to happen when I get home. I think Faye won't let me get away with anything in the future (bakeries are already banned!!!!!). Said I can't even think about my bike for at least 6 weeks & then at a low level. However, because I have been so active & fit it is already helping my recovery just that future exercise needs to build up slowly so as not to do any more damage. Temp is still a problem & the Dr just came again & said it's just a result of the attack.

Tim & Sal went home today & I sent Faye back to June & Ron's early as she is getting so tired. Again thank you for the so many messages of support..
