Next Wednesday Faye and I will be leaving for our major trip for 2013.
This photo shows our approx journey to North Qld and Central Australia....
We are going up through Central Qld to the Atherton Tablelands where Faye's brother & wife live near Malanda. We will be there for at around a month & whilst there will do some tent camping further north.
Coming home will be via Central Australia & currently researching some places we haven't seen on earlier visits.
Overall the trip should be around 3 months. Will do the blog each day but on this trip we hope to free camp more than usual so sometimes we cannot send it until we get mobile reception to the internet.
Percy (our 4WD) and the Eagle (our van) are ready to go!
