Headed out of the city today - through the Perth Hills - to York. It is WA's oldest inland town and was settled in 1831. Spent some time walking around - this is their Town Hall...
Faye spent sometime in "The Rabbit Shed" and made a purchase - another frog - made of pewter & it opens up..
Visited the Motor Museum and this brought back some memories - a Toyota Corona - similar to what we had when we were married..
Went to the Avon River where they have a suspension bridge..
Then had lunch at the Castle Hotel which was established in 1853. Huge meal!!!
Up to the lookout...
and then came back to Perth via Northam.
Currently having a rest and as it is late night shopping tonight we have to get our "steps" up so will walk to the City Centre later on...
