South Coast Day 6

Faye & Fran up again at 6 am for their workout...Even after a late night of viewing Avatar.

Last night was a special dinner of Atlantic Salmon with the nice crockery & gold cutlery..














Was all very lovely...Today Ken had a meeting in Sydney & home about 7.30pm. After Curves today Faye into washing etc.


Gary & Fran's daughter Jessica came for tea tonight...



Tomorrow we are going to Shellharbour for couple of days
