Left Melrose at 8.30am and first stop was Wirrabara and their painted silos...
There was also some interesting sculptures in the park nearby...
The 1st photo has a black lamb (they are special to Faye when she was a kid!).
Then shortly after came to Stone Hut so had to have morning tea at the old bakery. Also have animals and birds and they became very friendly with us.
They are famous for their pies so bought some to have later for lunch.
Next stop was Snowtown to see the painted water tank...
This afternoon then went across SA to the Murray River. A quick look at Morgan then over a ferry to Waikerie where they have more painted silos
Two artists were used and have painted both sides of all the silos...
Tonight we are camped about 2 metres from the Murray River just outside Waikerie.
Tomorrow we are heading to Karoonda for more silos!
