A beautiful sunset last night at Thargomindah. Today was a leisurely start as we only were coming about 200km.
The first stop, and for morning tea, was at Lake Bindegolly National Park - the lake is completely dry at present.
Next stop was at Eulo mud springs and then into Eulo for lunch. They have lizard races at Eulo.
Ken walked up the road to a sculpture and was interested to find out that it was of a pre historic Diprotodon. It's fossils were found in the area and the sculpture was built using the fossils and it's name is KENNY...
So, he had to have his photo talen with Kenny!
As we came along the Bulloo Development road there were goats everywhere - of all sizes and colours. The only thing we nearly hit was an emu. Tonight we are free camped about 10 Km outside Cunnamulla with mobile and TV reception.
Tomorrow we will have a quick look around town and then head for Bourke ( and back in NSW tomorrow morning).
