Pretty cold last night but a beautiful warm day today to travel. Had morning tea at Gin's Leap..Near Boggabri - sad story of 2 young aboriginals who jumped to their death from the hill so the girl could escape being married to a tribal elder. Also a grave vault with 4 bodies from 1895 - folk who ran an inn & Cobb & Co etc - died in a fire.
Had lunch at Moree and tonight we are camped alongside the Barwon River on the Qld side at Mungindi..
Had to get a flower photo through the day..

According to the news tonight, Gunnedah was the coldest in the state last night. Cold here too but lovely sunny day. Sure the weather will be warmer as you go further north. Love the blossom. Travel safe. LOL M&M
